So shut up and listen. Do what guy at the mic says.
Admin make it sticky. Maybe a few percent of them will understand written words and follow (but I doubt).

Unfortunately today the band was a disaster, many jammers were active, some Italians but not only. I got some recordings from a friend, and they are indeed much disagreeable.

I'm not pointing to any nation. Today 40m SSB was a disaster, that's true.
