Good Morning Art,
Today there was a very good signal to the West Coast on 40m CW between 1530 and 1630Z with many W6/W7/VE7 calling. I did not hear any one break the EU wall, however. On 20m CW I have not heard them LP or SP so far (1630Z) despite the spots saying "CQ W6/W7 ONLY," but there have been many stations QRMing the freq. (14028). I do hear some West Coast stations at lower latitudes (beginning to call). OK, now I am getting some copy at 1650Z got to go! 82)

The 20m DX window to E4 was only about 15 minutes wide in central OR this morning. First the AA has to be low enough for polar propagation and then the MUF is just climbing at this end as it is falling in Palestine only allowing a narrow opening - this is a difficult trip for the photons! 82) Propagaton wasn't the only challenge: despite the "W6/W7 ONLY" request I heard many W2/W3/W4/W5 calling.

I'm sure I can speak for West Coast ops in saying how much we appreciate the effort the team made to work us today.

ho sentito Giorgio AKS su Skype e mi ha detto che tu puoi aiutarmi, ho un problema su un QSO "SUDATO" in 30mt ti passo i dati se puoi verificare appena ti è possibile dato che non trovo corrispondenza e sono certo di esser passato, ma forse è stata sbagliata una lettera nel mio call e non mi trovo a log.

Hi Arturo,

Can you please ask them to be more active on 30m cw, and be aware of that when conds open from E4 it is also open to northwest Scandinavia.
The have big sigs calling USA but as soon as that skip fading they are fading out here.

Otherwise you have some great phone operators, but the cw 30 m and 17 m are a kind of slow.

Per eventuali correzioni, Francesco, direi di attendere la fine della spedizione, quando il log sarà quello finale e vi si farà un'adeguata verifica, a fronte delle eventuali segnalazioni nel frattempo pervenute.

ma sono stato messo a log come I2WUJ

Mi ha passato il rapporto con I2WUJ, poi io l'ho corretto
Vini mi dato OK e mi ha salutato con "Ciao Bob",
Sono io il collegato, anche perchè I2WUJ non esiste!.

Prendi nota per le correzioni post dxpedition.

Arturo, could you ask the E44M crew to look for Western Europe (G,PA,ON) on 12 between 9 and 12 GMT? It's almost impossible to break the wall of Middle and Eastern Europe who have better propagation with them. Thanks.

Ciao Arturo, saresti così gentile da chiedere al team se e quando (se possibile) saranno onair in 40 e 17 RTTY. in 17 rtty li ho già collegati e sono certo del qsl ma putroppo non risulto a log.

Ho provato anch'io in 80 il 5 dopo la mezzanotte, ma ha capito male il mio nominativo, ho provato più volte a ripeterlo ma alla fine mi trovo a log come IZ7CSD che non esiste, proverò a ricollegarvi, anche se per me gli 80 sono duri.
