The IDT DXpedition to Chad, initially planned for March 2019, has been put on hold for security reasons.
As a consequence, the activity from Uganda, originally planned for September-October this year, has been rescheduled from 13 to 25 March 2019
The callsign will be 5X3C for CW,SSB,RTTY and 5X3E for FT8
