"Competitions on a range of 160 meters" (RUSSIAN 160 METER CONTEST) consist of two independent rounds (21:00-21:59 UTC, 22-22:59 UTC), and the definitive result is defined as the sum of results of each of rounds. Besides, for attraction to competitions of participants from the European countries the grid of designations of conditional squares is expanded, and covers now all Europe.
Work kinds - telegraph (CW) and phone (SSB/AM).

.:: CLASSES::.
1. Stations with one operator (and girls 1990 year of birth and is younger than the young man).
2. Stations with one operator (all the others).
3. Stations with several operators (and girls 1990 year of birth and is younger than the young man).
4. Stations with several operators (all the others).
5. Observers.
In all categories only the mixed offset - telegraph and phone (SSB/AM).
.:: CONTROL NUMBERS::.
It is transferred RS () and communication serial number, since 001 (numbering of communications in each round independent). Besides, through fraction the designation of conditional "square" in which there is a radio station is transferred also. Squares are formed by parallels and meridians through 10 degrees on width and a longitude. They are designated by a letter (on a longitude) and figure (on width). The stations which are between 10 degrees з. д. A zero meridian, have in a designation of a square letter Х, between a zero meridian and 10 degrees of century д. - letter Y, between 10 and 20 degrees з. д. - letter Z., between 20 and 30 degrees of century д. - a letter And, between 30 and 40 degrees - a letter In, between 40 and 50 degrees - a letter With, between 50 and 60 degrees - letter D and etc. to letter Q (between 180 degrees of century д. And 170 degrees з. д.) . The stations which are to the north of 80 degrees with. ш. Have in a designation figure 1, between 70 and 80 degrees with. ш. - figure 2 and etc. Full control number at the first communication can look, for example, so - 59001/E4 or 599001/E4.

For the radio stations which are out of a grid of these competitions (i.e. out of Europe and Asia), it is entered identifier DX (599001/DX and etc.), and for communications with them is charged on 30 points.
.:: POINTS::.
For each communication in a conditional square 1 point, with the next squares - 2 points is charged, through a square - 3 points etc. Mnozhitelja in these competitions isn't present. Each round is independent competition. Repeated communications in round are resolved by other kind of work.
.:: RESULT CALCULATION::.
The definitive result turns out summation of points on both rounds.
.:: THE NOTE FOR OBSERVERS::.
SWL should fix both call signs and one of control numbers. Counting of points at them is conducted also as well as at operators of radio stations - supervision in the square gives 1 point, behind stations in the next squares - 2 points etc. to Observers repeated supervision on the basic call sign (for which control number is accepted) also are resolved in round only by other kind of work.
.:: AWARDS::.
Prizes and diplomas. Winners on subgroups will be noted by plaquettes (MULTI OP) and medals (SINGLE OP), and winners on the countries of the world and radio amateur areas of Russia - magazine "Radio" diplomas. Best of stations with one operator, working only by telegraph or only phone, also will be noted by diplomas of magazine "Radio" irrespective of a place occupied in the subgroup in the general offset.
In competitions on prizes of magazine "Radio" of a medal and a plaquette to winners are awarded only in those subgroups in which will be not less than 10 participants.
.:: REPORTS::.
It is recommended to give reports in the form of a file in format ЕРМАК (variant Cabrillo with changes in heading). In more details the format and variants of heading for various test groups are resulted site СРР to http://srr.ru/CONTEST/ermak/index.html address
The report file joins the letter, and in a letter theme (subj) are specified only the name of competitions according to the list of format ЕРМАК and a call sign of the participant. For example: RADIO-160 UA3XXX. Here it is not necessary to result a test subgroup and any other data. In each letter it is necessary to send only one report. If acknowledgement on report reception doesn't arrive within a week, the request to contact ru3ax@radio.ru
Paper reports this year too are accepted.
